2 min read

We are thrilled to share three wonderful charity events that are currently making the news in our community this holiday season. Bridges to Hope is grateful to be included, and the beneficiary of generous donations through these drives. We hope you can find a way to support these events and donate to Bridges to Hope! Together, we can continue to build bridges and transform lives in our community.

Froggy 98.1 Christmas Charity Chase

Firstly, Bridges to Hope is competing against 5 other local charities in the "Froggy 98.1 2nd annual Christmas Charity Chase". Items off our wish list (new and used!) can be brought to the Froggy studio (4343 O Street), Bridges to Hope or Bud's Thrift Shoppe during normal business hours, or monetary donations can be sent via Venmo to @FROGGY981. Please remember to specify Team Cory/Bridges to Hope with your donation! If our team collects the highest value of donations we will also receive $500 CASH from John Henry’s Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical! As of today we are in 2nd place! Donated furniture and clothing can add up as high dollar items quickly! The competition ends on December 14th! Learn more about how to participate in the chase here: https://froggy981.com/christmascharitychase

Froggy 98.1 EZ Stop Gas Drive

Secondly, EZ Stop gas station in Cortland, Nebraska has teamed up with the "Froggy 98.1 Christmas Charity Chase" and will donate 50¢ of every gallon purchased on Thursday December 7th from 3-7pm to the Christmas Charity Chase teams! Amigos Food Truck will also be on site donating 10% of their proceeds, as well as Pickrell Locker and Smokehouse donating 10% of their in store sales. If you need to fill up on gas, food and treats - head to Cortland tomorrow!

Chic-fil-A 12 Days of Spark

Chic-fil-A on 48th and O Street is kicking off their "12 Days of Spark" by collecting unopened hygiene products for Bridges to Hope! On Monday, December 11th from 11am-8pm you can bring in hygiene donations to the 48th and O St. location and receive a free sandwich meal card!
